Bio

2012: Sulek's best performance came in the 8k race when he set a season best 30:00.  He set a new personal record of 19:58 in the 5k event, and finished the 10k race with a time of 40:46. 

2011: An Academic All-Conference selection, Sulek ran in all eight meets in 2011. His best time was 29:45 at the Conference Carolinas championship.

2010: Sulek ran in six events. His best time was a 24:04 6k at the Claflin Open. He also earned Coker's Most Improved Runner Award.

2009: Sulek ran in all five events for the Cobras in 2009. His best time was a 20:04 8k at the Gamecock Invitational. 

High School: Sulek was a three-sport letter winner at Hilton Head Prep in cross country, basketball and soccer. He earned the Winged Foot Award and was named Most Improved. He was aso team captain a member of the All-Region team. His personal best times are: 5k-17:53, 800 meters-2:04.

Personal: Son of Nancy and Bob Sulek...he has four siblings, Josh, Noah, Maggie and Anna.
